Both demos made you fall in love with the gimmick, while at the same time wondering if it would remain fun over the course of a full game. It was one of the first Oculus Rift demos we experienced as well back in 2014, and of course that demo ended up becoming Superhot VR a few years later. Superhot’s “time moves when you move” mechanic was what made the game such a great demo – something that’s instantly intriguing. We playtested the PS4 version, but you can also pick it up on PC and Xbox One – with the game being free for those who own the original Superhot prior to the release of Mind Control Delete. Superhot: Mind Control Delete comes out this week, and fans of the original will want to grab hold of it. When combined with other hacks this one can become absolutely deadly.Quite possibly the most innovative shooter of the last ten years or so gets a standalone sequel. This is great for players who like to deflect bullets with the katana. Lightreflx.hack- This hack will considerably slow bullets down when they get near players, even if the player is moving quickly. By extension players should probably avoid this hack unless they want to play SUPERHOT as Mario. In a game where moving quickly is death sentence, jumping isn't very useful. Players will need to be careful not to waste ammo with faster weapons like the fishgun or rifle, and if their shots miss they will have to reload.ĭthstomp.hack- By using this hack players can jump on enemies to kill them. This means that players can shoot until they run out of bullets instead of having to wait until they reload. Killreload.hack- By having this hack equipped, players can completely remove the cooldown between their shots as long as they kill enemies. Either way, this is a great hack when used with a strong weapon.īerserk.hack- This will make the player invulnerable momentarily after they punch an enemy or hit them with a melee weapon. Enemies can dodge this attack, and it also tries to shoot through walls as well. Once that happens the bullet will ricochet to the nearest enemy to kill them as well. Shotflow.hack- This one is similar to the ricochet but only works when the player scores a headshot. Players will also be able to punch concrete enemies to death and deflect bullets with their fists. Players will be able to kill enemies with just two punches instead of three, and any surrounding enemies will become stunned by the punches. Suppunch.hack- This hack will increase the strength of punches considerably. The only time it fails is when it tries to shoot enemies through walls, or aware enemies are able to dodge the ricochet. This means that players can using missing to their advantage by shooting at the floor or wall and avoid their opponents dodging their attacks. Ricochet.hack- Any bullets that players fire will ricochet upon contact with a surface and come right back at an enemy. This can potentially kill a lot of enemies. Wpnmstr.hack- This hack will increase the attack speed of all melee attacks, but sadly not fists.ĭefall.hack- If players manage to deflect a bullet, this hack will make every bullet that has been fired reflect immediately. Bullets will also be able to kill concrete enemies. Piercshot.hack- This allows the player's bullets to pierce through enemies. Knives can actually travel through an enemy's body to hit enemies behind them. Darts and shuriken attacks will return to the player after they make contact. Breakable objects will be able to kill enemies in three hits instead of three. Supthrow.hack- This hack drastically improves the damage of all the throwable weapons in the game. This is a great way to clear a room after being damaged. Very deadly and can even hurt the player if they aren't careful.Įxplode.hack- Players will shoot out of their bodies when they get hurt. Grenade.hack- All throwable objects will now throw out bullets upon contact with surfaces. This is the list of all the unlockable hacks that players can obtain from the world's nodes:
